A Little Work
Working on the schedule for next year has taken almost a week, but it should be functional soon. Then it is off to M in London to feast my mind on a wonderful friendship and eyes on wonderful art - and off course to cook dinners and have tea, tea and more tea. There will be Kew Gardens with excellent company - and no, absolutely no, pilgrimage to the Olympic Stadium.

Contemporary Norwegian Ceramics
As a small collector of contemporary ceramics, I was lucky enough to find this lady's beautiful work:
Her ceramics make me happy on a daily basis. Here is a link to her homepage: http://www.elisa-hh.no/english.html
She even made me a new lid to my tea pot, not a moment of hesitation, she just said 'yes, that was something she would do'

Boating & Hiking
Boating to the end of Kvastadkilen and walking up an old pipe made for floating timber, |
the trip ending just about here, close to a somewhat foggy pond with tracks looking like wolf tracks on the road. Kind of exciting. |

Nina's Natural Peeling
This is great stuff! Costs next to nothing and works excellently as peeling.
Mix olive oil and fine salt to a paste, possibly add a drop or two of an essential oil you like - use in shower or in the bath.
Then you don't have to buy the expensive stuff and have some control of what you take in (skin absorbs what you put on it, soap, detergent (I keep telling a friend who helps me wash, but no rubber glows, sigh), what ever, so being skeptical makes sense. Helps me with dry patches of skin. Worth a try.

My Favourite Pictures Taken with My Old Phone - will a new iPhone be better?
I'm a bit scared to find out. I love the beat up old thing. And I'm somewhat less tired now, slowly I'm gaining interest in the world again, it seems. It feels good - hopefully it will last. |
